We were excited to receive the brief to create a custom WooCommerce store for a customised artwork prints business.
Operating a personalised print business manually was taking up a lot of time for this hard working Mum, and we knew we could create a great experience not only for her customers, but we could also help alleviate the time consuming admin for this busy business owner.
Creating custom prints requires customers to provide detailed and accurate information.
We created custom fields for customers to fill in their details, and complete the purchase all within the same shopping experience. We also provided options for the customer to immediately download prints upon payment, or to order a printed version to be sent to them.
As our client was a designer herself, we worked with her on the overall design of the website, allowing her to provide feedback and make changes according to her vision.
To ensure the website was easily editable and able to be updated with future products, we provided a thorough step by step guide to enable our client to take full control of her business without feeling overwhelmed.
